This will probably be my last comment since you are almost on your way back to the states. I do admire your courage as it is something that would be a marvelous challenge but a daunting one ,too. When seeking the advice, expertise etc. of professionals, people in general ,I always opt for those who have given back to society, or as we say continue to make the world a better place for all. I find these individuals to be extraordinaire in their commitment and integrity which seems to permeate all of their actions, contributions to society,home,and family.
